3rd June 2009, around 6pm, a handsome guy walked into The Lomography Shanghai Gallery Shop and introduced himself as Wolfgang from Lomoland, Vienna, all the boys in the shop were shocked! After a while of explanation, and we realized there’s not only one Wolfgang in the Lomoland, Vienna. Wolfgang came all the way from Vienna for helping us on setting up the shop for the soon coming grand opening of the Lomography Shanghai Gallery Shop.
At first, we went to the restaurant beside the shop for dinner, and he briefed us on the work flow and the timeline. And we were surprised he could use chopstick better than me, and he likes the very local Shanghai dish very much especially the Deep Fried Crispy Shell Prawn.
After the dinner, we started the clean-up and organizing the furniture & lomowall which came all the way from Vienna. We finished moving everything around 10pm. While we’re taking a break in front of the shop, the boss from the next door restaurant treated us juicy-sweet-fresh watermelon that really refreshing.
Wolfgang is a very nice and friendly guy, I guess he must be very tired and sleeping like a baby now in the hotel after the long flight from Vienna to Shanghai and moving all the stuff!
