Doubles with You - champi vs. sushi_9009
written by champi on June 20th, 2009 , 8 comments (6 votes)

On this installment of Doubles with You, champi collaborates with sushi_9009 on a crazy film juxtaposition of colourful subjects with crazy colours!

Here’s what they have to say about this collaboration:

I shot a first layer on Kodak Elitechrome 100 film this summer with my Rollei 35 (that’s why some of my shots are upside down, see my review of this cam for more explanations!), and André shot over it with his LC-A+ and Xprocessed the film!
The film overlay is not perfect at all, but I quite like these shots as many of them are a superposition of colorful and various subject, giving quite an abstract result, and taking great advantage of the Xpro and it’s punching colors! Enjoy!

Wow, cool colaboration, great gallery, perfect example that 100% overlay are not always necessary :)

Amazing shots! I love the lack of synchronization resulting in great panoramas! Cool!

Cool set of doubles!! And that the pics are sometimes upside down and not perfectly synchronized adds to the magic touch of doubles!

wow, I think shot #4 is my favorite, with the skeleton face and those lines of flowers or something that look like they're coming right out of it! #13 is good too, but these all turned out really great!
