It was an uneventful, dreary day in the Lomography Deadstock Detective Agency. Everyone was absent-mindedly tapping their pencils and drumming their fingers on the table, when suddenly, the phone rang:
“I need your help!” a woman’s voice was quivering with confusion on the other line. “You need to come over and see what I found in my backyard … a chest containing thousands of black-and-white emulsions —-“
“We’ll be there in a flash!” the Deadstock Detectives curtly replied. Within a few moments, they were inspecting 20,000 rolls of Agfa APX 400 120 film, all dressed up in Rollei Retro labels. Strange indeed, but the clock is ticking and they should act fact – these medium-format gems should be quickly dispersed to monochrome fetishists!
