Snatch! Guess the New Camera and win Piggies
written by ca-ro on November 9th, 2008 , 25 comments (0 votes)

Attention Sunday Snoozers!

Snatch! is here to brighten up your Sunday with a little teaser for an exciting camera we are adding to our online selection. New for us, but there is a good chance you will have come across this analogue classic along your merry snapshooting way.

The first 3 people to correctly guess which camera we are talking about will get a 5 piggy prize. Send your guesses to snatch@lomography.com – posting them in the comments does not count – sorry!

So here are some clues:

1) Snatch! loves this camera because it is all about capturing the classic beauty of natural light – pure and simple!

2) When partnered with a high ISO film you do not have to use a flash, even at night!

3) And finally a taster gallery to give you a sneak peak of what this camera can do!

All will be revealed tomorrow. Good luck and enjoy your Sunday!

    @iamwen

    I hope not! They are really expensive. I want a new beauty for my collection, not another expensive beast so soon after the lubi+!

    Natura Classica has to be it. It's the only natural light camera I'm aware of. Plus didn't Fuji make some special 1600 iso film for it? Those camera look really rad. I would love to test shoot one.

    @xbalboax The camera everyone's assuming it is usually runs for $300 on ebay and such, so LSI will probably pedal this little beauty for $400-500.

    Could it be the Yashica Electro CC 35mm f1.8?
    If not, hopfully a Canadian/American/Euro release of those Natura cameras.
