Here’s another issue of my very personal weekly choice of film. Last weekend we were blessed with the best weather in weeks so I seized the opportunity and took my Yashica and a hand full of carefully selected film with me in the autumn sun.
Fuji Superia 1600:
Friday night, I went to a birthday party where my friends funk band was playing. Since I was looking for some atmospheric shots and didn’t wanna use a flash in there I gave this expired Fuji Superia 1600 a try. Although I was too busy dancing while the band actually played I caught th guys when they were packing their stuff. Anyway I think I found my film concert photgraphy now.

Fuji Velvia 100:
Saturday mornings can be pretty harsh, but you have to get up again and get going.
So after some well needed cups of coffee it was time to move on with the some Fuji Slide.
I think I don’t have to say to much about the Fuji Velvia, truely a classic and definitly a film I like to pick up every now and then when I’m looking for those “purple haze” effects in my shots.

Fuji Tungsten 64
I’ve always been a big fan of Tungsten film for it’s moody blueish touch when shot outside. Probably not the best film for poor light condition but with it’s 64 iso it was perfect for this sundrenched Saturday afternoon.

Ilford FP4 125
Architecture/Portraits and B&W film go together like bees and honey. The FP4 makes no exception here. Fine grain and good contrast, it’s all there.
