Dream Team
written by lucasjakobsson on October 7th, 2008 , 4 comments (1 vote)

The Dream Team is our newest weekly feature to the blog. The purpose is to create a place where we can share personal favorites with the rest of the community. We are looking for any combination of camera, film and accessory and your reason as to why this is your dream team combination.

Each Tuesday we will feature one of your combinations here. We require the following from you:

  • A short text (roughly 100 words) explaining why you like this combination so much
  • 10 (or more) pictures shoot with your Dream team combination

For today’s Dream Team, we have prepared something for you:

The Diana F+, the 20mm Fisheye lens, and the Kodak Ektachrome Film.

“The beauty of using a fisheye lens with medium format film is that you get a full circular image on a square frame. The Diana F+ and 20mm lens are a truly dreamy combination, as the images burst at you in full 180 degree splendor, as whatever is in front of you is captured by this all-seeing eye. And nothing makes this fisheye-popping vision come alive more vividly than the bold blues and deep contrast of cross-processed Ektachrome film.”
