London Lomography Thursdays Summer Break

To all hipsters, hot stars and general cool folk of London….
The Lomography Embassy London will be disappearing into the cities’ hot, sweaty and humid depths for the summer where we will be shooting the summer with earnest. Well, that or either getting really blue at the grey skies and heading off on a last minute package to Costa De La Somewhere Hot.

Where and when did the summers go exactly?

We think this might be the subject for the next meeting after the summer – anyone truly answering this question would be granted with everlasting life, eternal beauty and the answer to all unanswered questions in this life, the after life (what?) and the universe.

So – lets make the next London Lomography Thursday in September; lets make it a good one and lets enjoy whatever we can of this amazing summer…all postcards to the London Embassy address please.

See you in September for the results of the summer, quizzes, drinking, prizes (not for drinking but for images….although….it’s an idea) and prepare yourselves for the next crazy challenges, exciting workshops, some glorious London Lomography Open Mic sessions and adventurous trips through the city.

Check out June’s winning album that has been uploaded onto the ‘london-embassy’ lomohome (password – cottage….if you knew our office then this would make sense, otherwise it seems quite a strange password probably, hmm)…anyhoo…June’s winning double entry is June08jrjw / 29 images. This album totally rocks and we have a bundle of little Lomography goodies sitting at the office as a prize for this great effort. Another small prize for this month goes to kylewis for uploading so many brilliant images and doing it so damn quickly.
