*Once upon a time... and so... one day... how did you discover photography?*
My first camera was the Olympus Trip Junior as a gift when I was about 10-12 years old, today I'm still jealously of it as well as the photos shooted with. I spent whole afternoons watching old photos taken by my parents when they were young until my childhood... color or b/w photos in many different size! Photos that tell their story and even mine. I think passion for photography started then when I tryed to understand why a photo was taken. What did they want to fix in time? A memory, an emotion, a landscape, an anniversary or what? Why did they chose that pose, place or time? Then I understood. Simply because those moments, faces and places seemed fine for them. For me photography means just this: look around and discover the beauty.

For seven years, I used a Holga for fun, next to my Hasselblad and digital cameras. I had an LC-A on my shelf for some years and I never understood Lomography, until I joined this community and saw what other people did. I made friends, I tried cross processing, picked up developing film again. It was a wonderful year, the year in which I became a Lomographer. It was a rollercoaster ride !

It is a type of film that if you like it then you will fall for it, otherwise, you might be frightened by the grainy texture. Well, it is really nice to have a chance to try a new film during my short vacation in Malacca - a town full with historical taste.. In my point of view, Sunset strip has given Malacca another flavour... with the yellowish power and artistic taste ;)

I think 2012 has been the most analogue year of my 23-year-long-life. Well, probably my childhood years have been way more analogue, but this time I actively participated in being analogue. So, here is a little summary of my very analogue 2012, one picture for every month.
