Well, as we have those two things in common, why not see what makes it to my 12 days of Christmas wishes -- you wont find any partridge in pear trees here, just lomo lovin!

The latest issue of Instyle spotlights the trend 'Do it yoruself' and that's the reason why our cute La Sardina can be found in there...

At first glance, this quirky camera looks a bit like a TLR: it has two lenses, one above the other. In fact, it's a twin focus rangefinder. It may look a bit strange, the pictures it produces are pretty good!

It is hard to point out exactly where my lomo beginnings go back to. I know that in late 2008, I only had a compact digital camera, and although I loved taking photos on a night out, I just found it all a bit unfulfilling. I guess it must have begun some time after that.

You want to capture the holidays with an analogue camera but fear that there might be too much going on to fit on one frame? With the perfect panoramic images they produce, the Horizon cameras have got you covered!

Newcastle Airport in the Australian state of New South Wales is around 2 hours north of Sydney, and it serves the Hunter region in getting people to popular domestic airports using some of Australian low cost airlines. One of my first ever flying memories came from this airport, and I recently visited to see how much it had changed.

Finally on November 18th, the moment was there: the Fotografica fair in Nieuwegein. Reason enough for a Lomo meet-up with some Dutch lomographers, to go lusting over 6000m2 of analogue cameras. Looking for el cheapo camera deals and beautiful (camera)stories.

I submitted to Ruben, my little brother. We have always shared our games, pranks and some concerns, and although he is more like the digital type, he eyed my cameras and became interested in knowing what they can do or how they work.

On Saturday, the fourth and largest London PhotoHunt took place, in a very wet, cold and grey London. 340 students from 23 different universities from all across the country turned up and took part. You can find out how they got on right here:

Where would our Lomographs be without a darkroom? Nowhere, right?

Think Redscale can't be overexposed? Let's run it through three different SLRs... and my closet.

To be honest, I was a bit stress to start this but I have to do it and I must. Here's the second part of this series!

Lucky lucky bastards. That was the subject of the email I got from Online Manager Maarten a couple of weeks ago. So, what was that mail about? Me and a few other Lomographers from The Netherlands were chosen to be the very first in our little country to take the new Belair X 6-12 for a test drive. Hell yeah!
