The LCA Goes to the Gay Pride Parade in London

On the second of July, I waited at Great Portland Street for the Gay Pride Parade to arrive and took pictures with my LCA+.

The Gay Pride Parade is the most vibrant march you’ll ever see in London. And the perfect place to go take pictures with your lomo camera .

Last year over one million people went to the Gay Pride Parade making it the biggest outdoor event in the UK.

On the main stage Zoe (lead singer from Dezire), Lloyd Daniels,The Original Bucks Fizz and many more were performed

After watching the parade don’t forget to go to Trafalgar Square to spend the rest of the day.

The parade next year will be huge, Worldpride 2012 will be happening in London! Don’t forget to check out the website for more information.

Summer Hot Spots: Blaavand, Denmark (Part Two)

When I was a child, I regularly went to Blaavand, located at the Danish west coast, with my brothers and parents. I stopped going there as I grew up. In 2012 however, we hit the road again. It was my first return visit in about 20 years. I took the chance and packed as many cameras as possible into my luggage. In part two of my journey log, I'm going to show you the pictures I took with my Lomography cameras.

Seeking the Elusive 'Decisive Moment' in Foreign Cities

Some of the photos I took during my trips to Penang and Singapore may pass as street photography, but to be honest, they were more like my feeble attempts to capture 'decisive moments' that I don't usually find at home.
