What do you most love about the La Sardina?
The light shutter and wide-angle lens is really good for street snaps. The handy camera body is not easily discovered by others :-)
How would you describe La Sardina in five words?
Handy, tough, dreamy, creative, easy
Your advice to future La Sardina shooters?
Remember to pull out the lens and rotate until you hear the “Click”, or the shutter won’t open. As the aperture is fixed, bring films with different ISO settings for various lighting when going somewhere with frequent weather changes. And filters can help as well.
Wedding season is here and the Petzval is getting ready to celebrate many happy moments. French photographer Maxime Dessesard didn't miss the opportunity to try it out at a wedding he was shooting. One might say that the real wedding was the one between Maxime's style and the Petzval's swirly bokeh. Lily & Madeleine are sisters from Indianapolis who have charmed audiences on both sides of the Atlantic with their heavenly harmonies. They are just about to release their new album titled "Fumes." From its vintage 19th century design to the fantastic, creative and unique photos it produces, the Lomography x Zenit New Petzval Art Lenses just oozes analogue. We set up a mini photo studio at Lomography HQ a few days ago and got snap happy with the New Petzval attached to the Canon EOS 5 film camera. Check out the results after the jump!
