London Green Fair

On the fourth of June, I enjoyed the sun in Regent's Park and went to the London Green Fair.

There was a global stage where you could go enjoy music from local musicians (all music styles – from Cuban, ska, gypsy, roots, and folk), a bike music festival (all the instruments were pedal-powered), lots of clothes and food. And furthermore, a workshop where you can learn how to make a pinhole camera .

You could find everything in the Market stalls: Rice Dream products, information about Riverford home delivery products) and a lot of stalls filled with clothes.

I had limonade at Coffee Affair but there were a lot of amazing food stalls such as Rainforest Creations, Happy Crepes, and The Olive Bar.

There’s also a mini farm with chickens, donkeys, rats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. You can also check out the workshop tents for a Sewing Skills Workshop and a Wool Workshop. If you have kids they can attend lots of free workshops from craft and costume making or dance and theatre. My favorite thing was the free book event. You could take as many books as you wanted from the boxes. But the best thing about the event? It’s free! I left with bags full of clothes and free tea samples.

Summer Hot Spots: The Dreamy Desert of Palm Springs

With a camera loaded with Lomography X Tungsten 64 ISO, we went to Palm Springs in June to capture the desert heat and vibes. It was a battle to make it in the 40° scorching sun, and somehow our film survived although it was left baking in the car. So take in these dreamy snapshots of a place where time stands still and the sun always shines.

March Frenzy: Tottenham Takes Over the V&A

I went to the Victoria & Albert Museum's Friday Late, an event that takes place every last Friday evening of the month. For March 2014, the London borough of Tottenham was invited to curate an evening of creativity. There were a number of events that went on ranging from music and art to fashion and film. Accompanied by my LC-A+ and Fisheye No. 2, here are my highlights of that evening in photographs.

Summer Hot Spots: A Morning Sunbath in Varazze

This is the story of my first adventure on the beach this year. In the middle of June, I took my first sunbath along the seaside on a small public beach in Varazze - a rather small and unkempt place which I will never return to in the future. Read more to find out why!

My Day in Analogue: Lazy Summer Days at Home

Every summer, my soul screams for a lazy, hot day back at my parents' home, for some good food, relaxation, and catching up with childhood friends. This year is no different, so I went back down to my small hometown in the very northeast of Belgium to enjoy a perfect laid back day doing nothing and everything. And of course, I brought my analogue cameras along to eternalize all of these small but grand moments in life.

Photo Stories: Children of the Desert by eleonorepairet

My family and I were in Udaipur (India) for a wedding ceremony and decided to travel around the area. We went to Jaisalmer, one of the most gorgeous cities I have ever seen (located on the border with Pakistan) and decided to stop by the remote Thar Desert, which is where these pictures were taken.
