It was a night full of Energy at the opening of the biggest Lomowall ever made in Latin America, and the museum of Modern Art Rio de Janeiro was the perfect scene for an unforgettable night for Lomography Brazil.

The result of the partnership between Petrobras and Lomography and composed of more than 40.000 lomographs, the biggest Lomowall ever built in Latin America was inaugurated and will be exhibited until the 15th of May at MAMRJ.

The Lomographic community was well represented by the 4 winners of the international competition Energy That Moves the World. The winners won a trip to Rio and had the opportunity to receive their prizes and many applauses!

As you can see in the pictures, it all looks beautiful! If you are in Rio de Janeiro, stop by for a look!

I want to see pictures of the winning pictures being displayed! Is that the slide show? Still, a picture of each winning shot being shown would be really cool...

Hola! I just got back from the trip to Rio! It was awesome!!
The winning pics were being shown on a slideshow throughout the Lomowall (which is the largest Lomowall in South America!)
I've taken a lot of pics from the event and will upload them as soon as they're developed!
    Lomo on!

Rio is a lomographic paradise. Thanks LSI and Petrobras for giving us the opportunity to see our shots among the 40,000 prints in that 270 sq. meters of lomowalls plus the continuous slideshow of all winning entries, to experience the awesome sightseeing tours of great places in Rio and Niteroi and to interact with friendly Brazilian people and lomo peeps. Obrigado!
