Junior Finance Assistant

You will support Lomography Brazil in finance and administration.

Assist in general bookkeeping and accounting matters:

  • Account reconciliations & statements
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Bank slip issuance/cancelation/reissuance
  • Invoicing (Notas fiscais)
  • Check invoices from service suppliers before payments
  • Monitor vendor and customer accounts
  • Collecting debts
  • Responsible for timely payments
  • Check daily shop sales (receipts X sales report X bank account);
  • Analyze CPAs tax calculation and reports (balance sheet, trial balance, Income Statement)
  • Look at the assets, liabilities, revenue and expense by identifying and providing the necessary adjustments along the CPA
  • Systems inputs and updates;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Accountancy
  • 1-2 years experience in accounting is a must
  • Very good knowledge of MS office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of accounting and stock keeping software is highly appreciated
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken), Portuguese written and spoken fluently
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented and efficient individual
  • Proactive and independent working style, open minded personality
  • Flexibility and pro-activity
  • Retail experience is a plus

Junior Online Manager

As a junior online manager you will be in charge of all Brazil related online matters regarding content and online shop sales.

Tasks:

Sales

  • Maintain and improve Brazil Lomography Online Shop
  • Develop and implement strategies for stronger up-selling and for increasing conversion rates
  • Being responsible to provide ideas and content mainly geared towards Brazilian market

Marketing

  • Execution of international online marketing concept
  • Find effective collaboration partners and follow-up each collaboration project
  • Research and development of online marketing campaigns

Content

  • Responsible for all editorial content generated by Lomography Brazil & local Community
  • Communicating events and collaborations via BR Lomography website
  • Elaborate strategies to enhance the BR community on the Brazilian Lomography website

Requirements:

  • Native Portuguese & Perfect English skills
  • Basic commercial knowledge
  • Knowledge of current web developments, especially of social media
  • Must show ability to coordinate and manage projects and work sharp on deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent personal time management
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus
  • Working autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Diligent, organized, proactive and solution-oriented work style
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Online Marketing experience is a big plus
  • Open-minded and communicative
  • Lomographic experience a big plus

Office Assistant

You will support Lomography Brazil with administrative tasks and be responsible that the office routine works.

Administrative tasks:

  • Answer the telephone
  • Responsible for purchases of office/shop supplies in general;
  • Responsible for good keeping of office facilities (Make sure that everything is working properly and provide the necessary assistance when it doesn´t)
  • Attend the door
  • Contact with the cleaning woman
  • Administrative tasks like going to the bank, notary fee, prepare documentation pouch to service providers;
  • Official Documents organization;
  • Systems inputs and updates

HR Tasks:

  • Issue employee VT/VR receipts;
  • Periodical exams follow up;
  • Support recruiting administration

Requirements:

  • Business Administration Student
  • Good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS office (especially Excel)
  • English skills would be a plus
  • Portuguese written and spoken fluently
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented and efficient individual
  • Proactive and independent working style, open minded personality
  • Flexibility and pro-activity

Employment: internship / 6 hours a day
