Opening the Guardian supplement was a nice surprise this morning...
Sitting back for a five minute chill and opening the Guardian Weekend supplement to find the readers section “Your pictures” where you send in a competition themed image. There in all it’s glory is the a shot of a shop in Covent Garden with a large image of a guy in a hood using a Diana+… Very nice!
The picture was taken by Anthony Day, Shame it wasn’t taken using a Lomo cam!
It is in Saturday 2nd April copy.
I can’t include more photos unfortunately as I thought it was better to get the info out there! It is also online at the link here

Last year, schugger surprised fellow lomographer, turtle_cologne, with a Lomography Fisheye No. 2 during the latter's birthday. In the end, she was the one who got completely mesmerized by this wide-eyed wonder and started her own analogue journey!
She was supposed to get a Diana F+ camera but ended up with its equally charming small sister Diana Mini. Find out why Andrea Lituma, litumai in the Lomography Community, considers this mishap as "the best mistake ever" in this edition of My First Lomo Affair!
The skies were busy with magic today — or maybe it was just the solar eclipse that caused all that ruckus? Decked out in space-age goggles and other various sun viewing paraphernalia, groups of people gathered as the moon moved between the sun and the earth this morning across Europe. Only a few lucky folks witnessed the total eclipse, and here at Vienna HQ, the greatest moment of the partial eclipse happened at 10:45 A.M. and lasted only a few minutes. We stopped everything we were doing to join the sky watchers crew and share in this astonishing moment. Check out these brilliant solar-inspired shots to celebrate the occasion!
In this article, I'll show you how the Lomo LC-A loaded with the versatile Ilford HP5+ can make the most out of a hazy morning. To capture the whirlwind of a bicycle race, I pushed the film to ISO 800. The legendary Minitar 1 lens and this classic Ilford film are a perfect combination if you love black and white photos.
