A Place to Spot a Celebrity in NW8

St John's Wood is a location with a lot of celebrities.

St John’s Wood is a location with a lot of celebrities.

Sir Paul McCartney has lived in the area since the 1960s along with many other famous music and movie stars (as well as supermodel Kate Moss ).

Keith Richards (the Rolling Stones) used to live on Carlton Hill, (at the north of St John’s Wood ) in the 1960s, but for those of you who read Life already know that.

Even Charlie Sheen made an appearance in the area:

Other celebrities includes Ewan Mcgregor, Lily Allen, and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. I would also recommend going to the St John’s Wood Gardens, who knows, you might meet someone famous there.

To get there, just take the underground and stop at St John’s Wood (Jubilee line).

The World According to Herr Willie: The Amazon

It was the Amazon which I had longed for my whole life. And when it was finally a set deal that I will travel to Brazil with two of my best friends for the Copa do Mundo (World Cup), we really had to start our adventure in the Amazon. I had known about this magical place deep in the rainforest. There was a lodge run by local people of indigenous background, with wooden houses that float on the water and a limited number of visitors. It was eco-tourism as how it should be. To preserve and to celebrate one of the most impressive locations I have seen so far.
