A Place to Eat Fried Chicken: The Marlborough Arms

When was the last time you went out when everyone could decide on eating the same type of food?

I guarantee that when you are with a group of friends not everyone will want to eat fried chicken so the best thing to do is go somewhere that serves a variety of things and you can still eat some fried chicken. The Marlborough Arms is a nice pub near Tottenham Court Road that serves pretty good pub food. They offer chicken wings in various sizes from a side plate to sharing platter as well as good burgers, fish and chips and a few vegetarian alternatives. Who wants to go to KFC when you can go to a fun pub instead?

Spinner 360: Pull the Cord and Let the Magic Happen!

The story between the Spinner 360 and I goes way back to the year 2010, when Lomography decided to send me a beta model of the Spinner 360 to test. It was a complete surprise! I thought, "What the hell is that?" as I first took this camera out of the package. Then, when my little brother grabbed it from me and pulled the cord, it buzzed and turned 360°! We all had the same expression: "Whoa..."

March Frenzy: Tottenham Takes Over the V&A

I went to the Victoria & Albert Museum's Friday Late, an event that takes place every last Friday evening of the month. For March 2014, the London borough of Tottenham was invited to curate an evening of creativity. There were a number of events that went on ranging from music and art to fashion and film. Accompanied by my LC-A+ and Fisheye No. 2, here are my highlights of that evening in photographs.

My brother had a photo exhibition last year at the North Sea Jazz Festival and got two tickets. So just like the old days with our father, we went to the Ahoy Rotterdam for an evening of jazz and other music. I was armed with an analogue SLR camera, telephoto lens, and sensitive film!

Summer Hot Spots: Escaping the Heat at Cameron Highlands

It’s normal during summer to be out there at the beach, sunbathing and getting yourself a nice tan, but in Malaysia, it could get pretty hot this time of the year. With the rising temperature, my friends and I decided to escape the heat of the city for a while and took an approximately three-hour drive to Cameron Highlands.
