Red hot love

2

The truth is that I was not convinced to use a movie Redscale but like everything, if not try it you never know if you like. And in this case I like, loved it!

It was the first time I used a movie Redscale. Until now, only had used regular movies and a pair of slide film in x-pro. My surprise came open just in reel. Was it me or the negative thing was the reverse? I was so confused that even the other two negative opened the package and saw that everyone was equal. One of two, or really was and for some reason or my package Redscale xr was defective. I chose the first option and uploaded my lc-a + with the film.

A few days later, having shot about 5 photos read a review of cohetesnaranjas. It explains why these orange and red tones of the film. The trick is to reverse the negative and exposed by the usual inverse. After reading the article I was much calmer.

Well, here I show some photos of my first reel Redscale. I was changing the iso of the lc-a + 100 to 200. That is why some came in shades of orange and other red tones.

Or as I said, I liked so very much the combination Redscale and lc-a + I ordered another pack to lomography!

I've always wondered: What kind of differences are in the photos using flipped over slide films and flipped over color negative films?

A Salute to the Masters: Judo (A Tribute to Sabine Weiss)

This article is a tribute to the street and humanist photographer Sabine Weiss. Considered a living legend in street photography, she likes to photograph daily lives of people, trying to capture the emotions she recognizes around her. Weiss like to photograph people of all ages but she especially loves to take photos of children, masterfully immortalizing their spontaneous gestures and emotions. For this article, I was inspired by one of her rare sports photos of some children practicing judo. Do you want to know more about this great artist? Well, read on!

I don't care if this film has been reviewed a zillion times, that it has already been discontinued, or that there might be a Japanese version of it. The World According to Herr Willie: Gardens by the Bay, Singapore

Singapore, like Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong, is a likely stopover when you fly far. The city is a tiny urbanized hub but it's very favorable if you know some high-spirited locals. I was lucky to hook up with king kimbo (@hakimbo), who showed me around. He took my lame limbs to the Gardens by the Bay, an amazing place which was visually striking. I was hugging some artificial trees there when I found a baby—a very big baby.
