It is already great enough to shoot faces of people with my fisheye2, but this time, I would like to share lots of thoughts of mine of my experience shooting colorful pictures. My idea is to combine the power of Ringflash and my Fisheye2.
It is hard to believe how both of them could work together to produce such beautiful shots. I like to use them in the party, during festivals, friends meetings, etc. They just simply created unexpected surprises to me, again and again and again. For my first time trying them, I was seriously shocked to see all the amazing results of the colorful effects. I can’t deny that I would bring them together whenever I am going for a dinner or party. I even took them to my recent birthday party, which the results are extremely loving.
Bringing the color gels of Ringflash is one of the key because you could change the color according to the mood of where you are and what situation you are in. Switching the position of the color gels could also change the effects much.
And also a must try technique, off the hook.. You’re going to see what is “Amazing” talking about.
I’m not sure whether this article fits in this section, but it’s definitely something worth sharing. Make sure you browse through all the shots I post right here, because there are lots of amazing colorful shots, and are like dreaming sweetly kind of feel.
Try it yourself guys.. Fisheye1 or 2 with Ringflash attached on it is truly the greatest invention of Lomography~!!!

Thirty-five degrees. Summer. Lisbon. Seven hills. Worst combination ever! What better to do than to escape the horrible heat of a tropical summer day in Lisbon with its too many hills to a fabulous beach that is just one bridge away? Some weeks ago, I made a tribute to the great photographer Robert Frank and his 1958 black and white series taken in New York from a bus window. He is the master of the ordinary moments, capturing the essence of daily life in a series of free and random sequence of photos where nothing important happens! And as I've written there I wanted to take a similar experiment with color film, which would change the perception of the environment where people live. Read more after the jump!
I bought the LomoKino years ago, and since then I've been having great times with it. I will continue documenting my daily life with the LomoKino, which is Lomography in motion! You can see the movements and facial expressions of people - it’s priceless! Every year my city Como hosts, for the Easter period, a great fun fair. This is a great occasion to test a camera, to make experiments with films, to have fun and to photograph people while also having fun! This year, I used my gem, the wonderful Horizon Perfekt (that I bought from the Lomography Online Shop) loaded with a timeless film, a Kodak Tri-X 400 developed, as usually for b/w, by myself.
