The Nixon Surf Challenge 2015 Photo Exhibition is travelling from New York and arriving in London on October 8th! Come and join us for the opening night and see a selection of images taken by photographers and surfers at the Nixon Surf Challenge in Hainan. "At the edge of the Earth" is an ongoing yearlong project by documentary photographer Markus Andersen in which he captures the coastline of Sydney, Australia on black and white film with the Diana and Lomo LC-A cameras. In this interview, the Sydney-based photographer opens up to Lomography about his latest endeavor as well as on shooting on the streets of his city and the importance of photographing in analog.
Julie Budet, better known as Yelle, is a french musician, who in 2007 joined forces with GrandMarnier (Jean-François Perrier). Since then, they have been working together, creating music and touring around the world. Last year they released their 3rd album - Complètement Fou (completly crazy) - and took the LC-A+ with them on their US tour.
At the end of October last year, René Burri, a great master of photography of the last century, passed away. As a tribute to him, I would like to show you some photos that I took last month at EXPO 2015 in Milan, which was inspired by his series featuring the world's fairs held in Osaka, Okinawa, and Montreal.
