Happy to Have Film Rumble

19

Have you ever had an experience where a backup roll of film in your bag or in your car become a centerpiece of an epic tale? Tell us and win Piggies!

Did this woman you’ve been crushing on for years ask you out of the blue if you have an extra roll of film? Or did a nearby water dam spring a leak and you shoved in a film canister to stop it? We’ve all got awesome tales of how having a handy roll of film quickly changed things. Tell us your story, complete with pictures of course, and leave the link to your blog post here. The most popular one will get 15 Piggies which can be used to buy more film! 2 Runners-up get 5 Piggies to boot. Good luck!

People seek extraordinary experiences while traveling, but not everyone gets to have an adventure of a lifetime. LomoAmigos Yougofirst Shoot With The LomoKino In Their New Snowboard Movie

Are you ready for an adrenaline rush? A little while ago, we teamed up with the snowboard and film-making collective Yougofirst and gave them a LomoKino and some film rolls to play with. After a season of crazy riding, jumps and tricks, they have finished their latest movie HETEROTOPIA which features footage shot with our 35mm movie-maker. We had the chance to catch up with Vid and Matic from the collective about the new movie and their experiences shooting analogue on the slopes. It's also our pleasure to showcase the movie here!
