X'mas Lomoration

7

Christmas is near, kids are in cheer ! Your wallet is empty because of your Lomographic needs ? Can't afford expensive decorations ? Have no fear, simple ideas are here !

All this started, when a good friend of mine dropped by my apartment unannounced, carrying in her arms a little Christmas tree, screaming in joy as soon as I opened the door “MERRY CHRISTMAS!”
There I stood smiling, overwhelmed by this sweet gesture, yet sad cause deep inside I knew, I didn’t have any fancy Christmas decoration to pimp up this cute green pine tree.

But then, I turned around, gazed upon the apocalyptic mess that is my desk, and there they were, waiting to be put to a new use. The joy of simple things brought me back to those childhood memories of hard working afternoons decorating the family Christmas tree.

So with a little help of some string, one polaroid, empty film canisters and some film to spare, here’s what I managed to come up with.

Nothing Fancy, but hey at least, you can have a clue of what will be in those lomo-presents that Santa (aka Mr. Piggy) will be leaving by.

Don’t forget the milk and cookies !

Merry Lomo Christmas to all !
