Wide-eyed Diana F+

5

Wanna make those black, round borders left from your Diana F+ with Fisheye useful? Check this out...

This tipster is super simple and needs the following:

1) A Diana F+

2) A 20mm fisheye lens for Diana F+

3) Any other Diana F+ lens

When taking pictures with your Diana F+, use first the fisheye lens. After taking the shot, don’t advance the film and switch lenses. Shoot another picture, on the same photogram, thus making a double exposure. Voilà! The black, round borders left from your fisheye lens will become colored with the second shot you took, with the other lens, giving you some pretty cool and freaky results!

Pic #1 was taken with the fisheye + 55m lens, and all the other with the fisheye + 38mm lens. I don’t quite recommend the standard 75mm lens for this tipster, since the vignetting may annul the effect.

Lomo on!

How about switching from the fisheye to the wide angle? Did you try that? Great tip regardless.

    Thx, everybody!

@willyboy I haven't tried the other way around, but if you do, let me know how they turn out! =)
