It's a Square Match! Rumble

21

Who's your match? For this rumble, we want to see your favourite object of your square-shaped affections. Not limited to female subjects - just great Diana F+ portraits!

When it comes to absolutely gorgeous and dreamy medium-format photos, we all know that the Diana F+ is our perfect match. And when it comes to shooting squares with your Diana F+, who’s your match? Quite similar to the Shoot Your Muse rumble, but this time we are not limiting your subjects to the ladies alone. So if you have a fantastic Diana F+ portrait of your cheerful dad, your tattooed neighbour, or your favorite pet, you’re eligible to enter this rumble! Contest runs from 21st June – 2nd July 2010. Good luck!

On-Time Rumble: Show Us Your Perfect Timing

There is nothing than a photo shot at the perfect moment. Henri Cartier Bresson's principle on "The Decisive Moment" is a principle that we should still follow to this day. A perfectly-timed photo creates impact, whether it's one of a friend jumping into the pool or a couple emerging from the ceremony on their wedding day. For this rumble, we want to see that breathtaking moment, shot at the perfect time.

Lomography Singapore and Parallel Planets Present: 'Façades: Neo-Noir Portraits Exhibition'

Lomography Singapore plays host to Parallel Planets’ first exhibition, "Façades: Neo-Noir Portraits Exhibition," featuring all-analog photography: a sea of black and white film portraits. This exhibition serves as a platform where both local and international photographers can express themselves by injecting individual perspectives into their craft. It also encourages viewers to look through the lens of the photographers, to see the subjects as who they are – flawed, alive, and breathing – and to also see beyond the façades we all choose to don.
