Lomographer gregoire1969 took our winning photo in San Francisco Ferry Building using a Rollei Rolleiflex 3.5E loaded with Fuji Neopan Acros. To achieve the glass-like appearance of the water, he experimented with long exposure and a 10-stop ND filter.
