Testimonials!

paper_doll: I’ve been to lots of places and I never go anywhere without checking the LomoLocations first, at least to see if there are any hot tips.

jaalvarez: I have travelled to cities of Europe, and I like covering the Locations of every place to which I travel, since it does not stop surprising me with the fantastic places that there are from the point of view of the Lomographers. I returned to London one year ago, and I visited places that without the Locations (and the London Notebook, I confess) would stayed unnoticed for me.

Lomographer Was Here!

Been somewhere cool lately that you’re excited about? Why not share it on Facebook and get 5 Piggy Points? After all there’s nothing better than telling your friends about the hot spots and exotic places you have seen with your own eyes on your Facebook profile. Plus the top 10 LomoLocations that get shared from the 9th to 13th April will earn 10 Piggy Points each for the Lomographers who posted them!

Here is how everyone can play along:

2) Leave in the comments box under that Location “Lomographer Was Here!” along with your LomoHome name so we know where to send the 5 Piggy Points.

3) Under the LomoLocation, click the Facebook share link so you can tell your friends about the cool place you have visited with the text “Lomographer Was Here!”

4) On April 13th we will be counting to see which LomoLocation was the most visited by how many Facebook shares it got between 9th to 13th April.

5) The top ten most shared LomoLocations will be announced in the Magazine section along with their proud owners (receiving 10 Piggy Points) and 5 Piggy Points dispatched to all who played the ““Lomographer Was Here!” Facebook game!

James Wright's So It Goes x Sri Lanka Photo Diary (Part I)

In December last year James Wright, editor and creative director of So It Goes Magazine, went on a two-week trip to Sri Lanka, "a place so long on our bucket list, but up until then, as yet unvisited," he writes on the first of his three-part photo diary. Herein is the first of his series that chronicles his adventures, highlighted by a selection of breathtaking images of the Sri Lankan countryside and the locals, among many other images, captured with his trusty photographic companions: the Leica MP, Lomo LC-A+, and an assortment of films including the LomoChrome Purple.
