Ready for a trip inside an alien spaceship?

Credits: akula

The weirder, the better – this seems to be the case for a lot of the Community’s most loved photographs and this snapshot by avid lomographer akula is no exception. It can even pass as an abandoned alien spacecraft because of the whacked out green hues and the uncanny circles and lines!

Photo taken using a Lomo LC-A loaded with Fuji Fujichrome Sensia 400.

'Aniki-Bòbò': A Tribute to Manoel De Oliveira

This article is a tribute to the great Portuguese film director Manoel de Oliveira, who died last April 2. With an old Praktica loaded with a roll of black and white film, I captured so enthusiastically his city Oporto (Porto) with its famous Ribeira district, the most characteristic of the Lusitanian town. It was here that more than 70 years ago, Manoel De Oliveira created a timeless masterpiece: "Aniki-Bòbò"!

Two Days and One Night in Vibrant Sapa

For three months last year, I traveled to 11 cities of eight Southeast Asian countries. My first destination from my hometown of Seoul was Vietnam. After 10 days in Hanoi, I joined a group tour to Sapa, an area known for its hill tribes. This is a photo story of my two days and one night in this remote but vibrant place.
