Always have a camera on hand and be amazed by those precious moments your keen eyes and analogue-loving hearts could find. Congratulations ditchbitch for having our Photo of the Day!
The first of The Ten Golden Rules of Lomography urges us to take our camera everywhere we go because we never know when a good photographic opportunity would arise. It’s a good thing that *ditchbitch* has his Mir/Orion-15 28/6 loaded with a roll of Fuji Neopan 400, as he was able to take this lovely photo of a couple during one of his photographic adventures.
Congratulations to ditchbitch for winning Photo of the Day!
It's always a delight to see parents setting aside time to take out their child even for a simple weekend walk, And a heartwarming Lomograph showing such a precious moment deserves to be our Photo of the Day. Congratulations poepel!
A lot happens in a day, made up of those little moments that we usually take for granted. So we asked some of our friends from the Lomography team to capture some instant photos throughout one day, using the Lomo'Instant Camera. The result? A collection of memories that they could catch, hold, and cherish forever. We compiled their instant moments into a cool video, which you can check out after the cut!
We'd like to thank everyone for continuously capturing precious moments on photographs and sharing them with all of us. Each of your photographs and albums brought happiness and inspiration to everyone in the community. These lomographers take the spotlight for their ceaseless passion for photography and for their generosity in sharing every step of their analogue adventure. Meet our top photo uploaders of 2014.
The strong contrast and whacked out colors from cross processing slide films always give a great contrast to dramatic silhouette snapshots. Congratulations to sushi_9009 for having our Photo of the Day!
