Are you ready for an adrenaline rush? A little while ago, we teamed up with the snowboard and film-making collective Yougofirst and gave them a LomoKino and some film rolls to play with. After a season of crazy riding, jumps and tricks, they have finished their latest movie HETEROTOPIA which features footage shot with our 35mm movie-maker. We had the chance to catch up with Vid and Matic from the collective about the new movie and their experiences shooting analogue on the slopes. It's also our pleasure to showcase the movie here!

Light Painting is a cool technique that we love to do when we're in the mood for experimenting with photos. Check out 50 of the most vibrant light painting photos taken by your fellow Lomographers after the cut!

Here are a few tips from what I’ve discovered from playing with the camera so far (and a couple of tips I want to try out in future)!

Just as we love the grainy sound of a vinyl record playing our latest jazz favorites, we choose analog photography for its natural imperfections that remind us so wondrously of our own reality. Meet Olivier Gondry, who like his brother Michel, has filmmaking in his blood. Olivier shot the impressive “Détache” music video for the French pop rock band Autour de Lucie entirely on the 35mm LomoKino. To our delight, he answered a few questions about this recent project. Check it out!
Arguably, Roman Sekatsky has one of the most distinct photographic styles in our community. His extensive and experimental use of vivid colors often gives his snapshots an otherworldly vibe. Read on to find out what makes our latest LomoGuru tick and sample some of his finest work.
