World Pinhole Day at the Lomography Gallery Store NYC!
Go back to basics and learn the simplest form of photography: pinhole! In conjunction with World Pinhole Day on April 25th, we’re having a Pinhole Workshop followed by a do-it-yourself pinhole camera constructing bonanza. We’ll start out with a workshop on pinhole photography and learn the basic concepts and then tips and tricks for turning out your best pinhole shot. Afterwards you’ll be able to build your own pinhole camera using one of our Paper Pinhole Camera kits, which can be purchased at the workshop for a special price of $20. Borrow a loaner camera or bring along your newly-constructed Paper Pinhole for a LomoJourney around the neighborhood.
Cost: $10 (students $7), includes one free roll of film. All attendees will receive a 10% off coupon to use at the Lomography Gallery Store.
Sunday April 25th – 1:00pm to 5:00pm

In celebration of World Pinhole Photography Day today, we've decided to make a compilation of all the amazing pinhole-related stuff we've seen, written, and read here in the Lomography website through the years. We're sure many of you will be out to take pinhole snaps throughout the day in celebration of the occasion, but in case you're itching for some more inspiring reads on pinhole photography, you might as well read on and check out our compilation!
