I got asked to take some photos during our last meeting outside the office, so I didn't doubt for a second, loaded my camera with a fast film, and had a great time. Want to know more? Check it out after the jump.
So, a couple of weeks ago we had a team meeting outside the office and we decided to go bowling afterwards. It has been years since I last stepped on a wooden lane, but I thought to myself, Hey, this is going to be fun.
I’ve been working with most of these guys and gals for a while now so they know that I always carry an analogue camera in my bag. So when they all knew we were going bowling, they asked if I could take some pictures for our internal newsletter.
I thought this was great chance to make my first bowling pictures, so I loaded my camera with a Lomography CN 800 and went for it. We had a really good time, and it even got a little competitive. Taking into account none of us had played for ages, it was pretty close.
We did laugh a lot and cheered and had a great time. After one game, we sat down for a couple of beers and laughed at inside jokes and the game we just had. The best part was when we played games at the arcade, too, and had fun like when we were all little kids. Maybe that’s what we all need once in a while: to get out the office and experience things that have been long forgotten. Lomo on!
