How did you spend your much awaited spring break this year?
The Director's LomoKino Showreel: Spring Break asked for a sneak peak into your little spring time adventures this year. To a photowalk with a friend from a little girl’s solitary adventure with a Diana F+, to a mother and child bonding under the cherry blossoms from friends trying out an exotic food – all the entries are truly engaging and definitely made us wish that for spring to be all year round!
The beauty of spring may be ephemeral but we are truly glad our three winners was able to capture it in such heartwarming, adventure-filled LomoKino movies!

Aaaaaand we're back to regular programming! Apologies that it took us long to reveal December's winners, we had too much eggnog and partied way past our bedtime. So without further delay, here's The Best of the LomoKino - December.
We gave you the challenge to send us your best "PIN-UP" themed shot and boy, did you guys go to town! There were hundreds of glamorous and stunning photographs. We had the tricky task of narrowing it down to just 3 winners. Read on to see if you're the winner!
You want your subject be the center of attention? Petzval lens photos are recognizable for sharpness and crispness in the centre, strong color saturation, wonderful swirly bokeh effect, artful vignettes and narrow depth of field that will make your subjects stand out!
There is nothing better than a photo shot at the perfect moment. Henri Cartier-Bresson's principle on "The Decisive Moment" is a principle that we should still follow to this day. A perfectly-timed photo creates impact, whether it's one of a friend jumping into the pool or a couple emerging from the ceremony on their wedding day. For this rumble, we want to see that breathtaking moment, shot at the perfect time. And you showed us what it's like to be on time.
Ladies and gentlemen, fellow Lomographers, the time is ripe for us to present you with a new mystery product. But we're not giving anything much away this time, just a few hints and clues to keep you on your toes.
