Don't fear! An anonymous super woman just emerged out of a comic book to watch over us! Cool double exposure, peterbalogh. Congratulations for having our Photo of the Day!
“Boom! Crack! Kapow!” And we thought superheroes can only be seen in comic books and movies. This amazing double by peterbalogh gives us a glimpse of the cool adventures of Analogue Girl! We admit, it would be pretty cool if there was really a Lomo superhero. This comic book-inspired photo was taken using a Pentax Spotmatic loaded with Kodak Ektachrome E100G film. You can see more from peterbalogh in this album.
Congratulations to peterbalogh for winning Photo of the Day!

Light Painting is a cool technique that we love to do when we're in the mood for experimenting with photos. It's super easy and fun, and it only requires a dark room, a friend or two to collaborate with, a camera with long exposure mode and a light painting tool to get started. Check out 50 of the most vibrant light painting photos taken by your fellow Lomographers after the cut!
Lomography celebrates just about anything by means of pictures. And so while we have baked cakes for Grandparents Day, we also scoured archives for heartwarming photos of grandpas, grandmas and their brood. We just want to prove that hanging out with the folks never goes out of style.
