Looks like The Caped Crusader got curious and likes what he's seeing though the movie camera! Possibly The Joker pulling a silly prank instead of a killer joke, for once, yes?
The photo above was taken on the set of Batman, the 1989 superhero flick directed by Tim Burton which starred Michael Keaton for the title role, Jack Nicholson as The Joker, Kim Basinger, Billy Dee Williams, Pat Hingle, Jack Palance, and other prominent cast members. Many were reportedly skeptical about Keaton, a known comedy actor at the time, being cast as the billionaire industrialist turned superhero Batman, doubting his capability to portray a serious role. However, according to Burton biographer Alison McMahan, “no one complained when they saw his performance.”
