Care to have a bicycle with your tea, sir? We can throw in a newspaper, too.
Can you cycle like the boss that Piet van Kempen was in the epic snap above? On September 25, 1936, during a six-day event at Wembley, Derek Berwin was certainly at the right spot when he photographed the Dutch cyclist and track champion “taking a break” with his tea and newspaper — all while still in the track and riding a bicycle!
“I want to ride my bicycle” quipped the legendary band Queen. Learn how to do more than just riding your bike with these vintage illustrations turned GIFS that can teach you how to use it for self-defense.

Here’s a random and rather mysterious tale for you folks. Just the other day, I was at a local bar with a few friends. It was much like any other evening; we were sipping a couple of cocktails, recounting our adventures, falling over ourselves with laughter and half-drunkenly meditating on the meaning of life (a scientist once told me it’s 42 by the way). But then something truly strange happened. Read on to hear my story and please make a comment with your guess at the end!

If you're like me who has a film lab at home, you'll know the feeling of having too much film rolls lying around the house. Instead of throwing them out, you can use them to decorate the way I fill our transparent coffee table with them!
Probably each one of you has been annoyed with failed film. This is particularly annoying when you get the developed film back from the lab, but you get blanks because the film was not exposed. It's either the film transport didn't work, or you have not taken the lens cap off, etc. Read on and I'll show you an alternative to just throwing away the film: Simply use it as a color filter for your camera, with the La Sardina for example.
Enjoy a truly analogue moviemaking experience with Lomography's 35mm movie camera and an accompanying accessory to watch your films with. View your masterpieces in the most analogue way possible with the LomoKinoscope. Get it now 20% off the regular price!
