Founded in 1984 by De La Salle educator, Brother Joseph McNally, LASALLE College of the Arts is a specialist tertiary institution leading contemporary arts education in fine art, design, media and performing arts in the Asia Pacific.
LASALLE College of the Arts has moved to its new home in the heart of Singapore. Located in the Rochor area, bounded by Prinsep Street, Short Street and Albert Street, the new City Campus sits on a one-hectare site, which is part of the area designated as the Arts, Culture, Learning and Entertainment hub of Singapore.
The integrated atrium, Campus Green, is located at the heart of the campus. The space is distinguished by an area laid with synthetic grass, and a 6m-tall bronze sculpture called Black Hole that is a recreation of an original sculpture by our late founder Brother Joseph McNally.
With its open and uniquely designed spaces, the Campus Green is ideal for outdoor exhibitions, installations, performances and conferences. It has also become a hotspot for students in between classes.
