Then and Now: Stunning Colorized Vintage Photos on ‘Colorized History’

See some of the most iconic vintage monochromatic photos in a new light as contributors of “Colorized History” on social news and entertainment website Reddit transform them into colorized photographs!

_Colorized History_ is currently composed of over 29,000 “amateur historians” and is run by 14 moderators. It is “dedicated to high quality colorizations of historical black and white images, and discussions of a historical nature.” Colorizers both amateur and professional are said to have already contributed to this novel project with hundreds of submissions.

Aside from historical snapshots, Colorized History also posts colorized images of pop culture icons!
