Bill Eppridge, one of the most accomplished photojournalists of our time, recently died. May he rest in peace as we cherish his contributions to photography.
Our condolences go to the family and friends of Bill Eppridge, who famously shot the assassination of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, capturing history in a single frame. Regarding this iconic photograph, Eppridge was quoted saying “You are not just a photojournalist, you’re a historian.”
As one of our most seasoned community members, herbert-4's collection of photos spans over decades of experience in film photography. Many of his albums contain images that we could only dream of capturing, from a time and generation that not many of us had the chance to be part of.
