Leica IIIf No. 500.000

The famous presentation camera for Dr. Ernst Leitz II, in good original condition, with matching Elmar 3.5/5cm, ex. Leitz Museum (with original red museum sticker ‘M 163’ on base plate), ex. Surat Collection

Leica I Mod. C Luxus

The one and only I Mod. C ‘Luxus’ in 100% original and fine condition. The camera with gold plated metal parts and lizard skin body was never restored and has the typical and original patina. Only 95 ‘Luxus’ cameras were produced from 1929 to 1931.

Leica M3 Chrome No. 1.000.000

This famous camera, the ‘One Millionth Leica’, was presented to Dr. Ludwig Leitz by Willi Stein, the ‘Father’ of the Leica M3, in fine original condition, with matching and mint CF Summicron 2/50mm, ex. Leitz Museum (with original yellow museum sticker ‘M 964’ on base plate), ex Surat Collection – the camera is listed as one of the few official presentation cameras, no. 1.000.001 was given to Alfred Eisenstaedt.

    Photos shot with a New Petzval lens are immediately recognizable for their super-sharp focus areas and wonderful swirly bokeh effect. Each New Petzval lens is crafted from brass (just like the original Petzval lens) and features premium glass optics. Together with Lomography, the lenses have been designed and constructed by a team of optics specialists at the Zenit factory in Russia.     Useful Guidelines on Shooting with Ultra Wide Lenses

    Wide-angle lens are further divided into sub-classifications: Wide, ultra-wide and ultra-ultra-wide. Based on current standards, wide lenses for 35mm cameras are those with focal lengths ranging from 24 to 35mm. Lenses are considered ultra-wide if they have focal lengths from 17 to 21 mm, and ultra-ultra-wide if from 12 to 16mm. The New Russar+ is a 20mm lens; hence it falls under the ultra-wide classification. If you have an ultra-wide lens or if you intend to get the Russar+, you might as well make the most out of your precious investment. Read on for a few guidelines on shooting with ultra-wide lenses.
