Throwback Thursday: Salvador Dali Guests on 'What's My Line?' (1952)

Watch how master surrealist Salvador Dali gave the panelists of "What's My Line" a hard time guessing who he was and what kind of work he did!

Aside from his mind-blowing art and signature moustache, Salvador Dali ’s quirkiness endeared him to many people during and after his time. When he was not playing skipping rope with kids, making funny faces for photographers, or collaborating with photographers for epic jump shots, the clip below will convince you that he was busy trolling people. And my, what an amusing troll he was.

The clip in question is that of Dali’s 1952 guesting in the American TV gameshow What's My Line which tasked celebrity panelists to ask guest contestants some questions so they can identify their profession. For the final round, the panelists were blindfolded and made to guess who their mystery celebrity guest was and identify him or her by name. If Elizabeth Taylor's guesting in 1954 delighted you, we’re sure you’re going to smile and snicker like a hyena watching Dali troll the panelists in the episode below:
