His works have been published in many fashion magazines around the country, and last year he was in charge of shooting Colombia Moda, one of the biggest annual fashion shows in Latin America. The Photokina in Cologne, Germany is the most substantial photography trade show in the world. This year, over 160,000 visitors showed up at the event. Among them was myself and a group of other lomographers.
In 1951, the Festival of Britain was organized as a way of boosting the morale of its citizens just a few years after the Second World War ended. The festival opened on May 4 and was basically a celebration of the British arts, science, and history. One of its most popular attractions was the Telekinema, described as a "state-of-the-art" cinema operated by the British Film Institute and seated up to 400 viewers.
For three months last year, I traveled to 11 cities of eight Southeast Asian countries. My first destination from my hometown of Seoul was Vietnam. After 10 days in Hanoi, I joined a group tour to Sapa, an area known for its hill tribes. This is a photo story of my two days and one night in this remote but vibrant place.
