“Come on, Mr. Famous, we’re going to be run over by cars!”

We can only imagine Audrey Hepburn pleading for her stubborn pooch to move so they can safely cross the street and resume their walk around Rome. The iconic British actress was enamored with Rome since she filmed the aptly titled 1953 romantic comedy Roman Holiday, and called the Italian city-state her home since then.

Aside from her love for Rome, the photo above also tells us another of Miss Hepburn’s loves: her adorable Yorkshire Terrier, Mr. Famous! The actress reportedly introduced Yorkies to the world of Hollywood celebrities, with Mr. Famous serving her stylish companion, furry friend, and sometimes even a child substitute.
