Lomography UK’s August exhibition is brought to you by Adrian Bryant, Anne Cauvin, Fabio Pezzarini and Fiona McVeigh. All of them are film fanatics and have been trawling various London based markets for old discarded negatives with the aim to bring them back to life. Find out more about this here.

First Thursdays August 1st from 6-9pm
Four film-fanatic photographers have spent the cold and wet spring months of 2013 trawling through bric-a-brac markets and junk yards around London, seeking out once-loved but now discarded negatives that paint a picture of past eras. They have been bringing them back to life with new stories of the moments before and after the photo was originally taken.
Join us for the private view of this exhibition on Aug 1st as part of the First Thursdays event run by the Whitechapel Gallery. Alcohol kindly provided by Rekorderlig The exhibition runs from 1st-26th August. Entry is totally free so come over and check it out.
