Fancy a little walk in the parks of Paris? There's nothing quite like it, especially in the presence of great company!
Walk in the Park by community member mikahsupageek is a delightful album taken on one fine Parisian day, using a Hasselblad 500 C/M and loaded with Fuji Velvia 100 film.
With the lovely backforbreakfast as a model and companion, this album exudes a simple yet sophisticated feel that would undoubtedly tempt you in going on your own quiet walk in your local park!
Personally, the first two shots below are my absolute favorites from the lot. How about you guys?
The Awesome Albums series is exactly what it says on the tin — it’s a love letter of sorts from the Editors addressed to user-uploaded albums that had caught their eye and had inadvertently fallen in love with. Please understand though, they’re really just here to express their love and nothing more.
The young artist and Magnum photographer Christopher Anderson published on his agency's website an awesome photo series, one of the images in it a great symbol of freedom, joy of living outdoors, purity, innocence, candor, and girlhood: the bare sole of a female lifted up, taken at the Central Park in New York. Like many other great Magnum photographers, Anderson explored this interesting body part through photographs. For this tribute, I chose a series of bare feet images I took along the promenade of the lake Como. Take a look!
There are quite a few perks that come with working for a film photography company, and the best perk of all is testing out the latest cameras. I can remember buying my LC-A back in 2009 and being really inspired to shoot film again. When the LC-A 120 came along, I couldn't wait to try it out around London. Join me as I test out this super medium format beauty.
Whether you’re lounging at a park, swimming at the beach, strolling through city streets or relaxing with friends over a cup of coffee, the New Petzval 58 is the perfect companion. Have a little taste of what it's like in this new video!
Hiking in New Zealand has its own proper noun. Great Walks, they call it. The term stands for nine routes that can send people panting and oohing over nature. In 2001, another upper-case name sealed the country’s reputation for pristine land. "The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring" became an accidental advertisement for the green wonders of New Zealand.
This article is a tribute to the street and humanist photographer Sabine Weiss. Considered a living legend in street photography, she likes to photograph daily lives of people, trying to capture the emotions she recognizes around her. Weiss like to photograph people of all ages but she especially loves to take photos of children, masterfully immortalizing their spontaneous gestures and emotions. For this article, I was inspired by one of her rare sports photos of some children practicing judo. Do you want to know more about this great artist? Well, read on!
A UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site, Ha Long Bay ranks as one of the world's most spectacular natural sights. Local lore states that it was created in ancient Vietnam by a great dragon that rained fire and giant emeralds to invading troops. Here, antiox shares an anecdote from his trip there last year.
Made in Heights is at it again. In May 2015, Alexei Saba Mohajerjasbi and Kelsey Bulkin released their album "Without My Enemy What Would I Do." This album tests the boundaries of genre by pulling from all forms of music to create a paradigm shift of preconceived notions.
Of course, Italy makes a great destination for taking photos. But what if there was a place where you could find stunning motifs, impressive colors, and the ideal mixture of nature and arts all at once? What if I told you that there is a place like that: a garden full of art in the middle of nowhere?

There are many possible reasons for taking pictures. Whatever the reason, there's almost always a story behind a picture, no matter how significant or trivial it may be. And for lomographers, nothing beats the feeling of having that story unfold in your hand, in the form of a print.
