If Fuji announces the end of a film you love, what do you do? Why, buy the whole shipment of course!
We’ve all been there. One of the major film companies announces that they’re going to discontinue a certain line of film, then we all go into a panic buying frenzy to try and score a brick or two to hide in our fridge for a rainy day. But for something as storied as Velvia 50 sheet film, a few boxes simply isn’t enough.
One guy bought the entire last batch of Velvia 50 8×10 to the tune of a whopping $160,000. That’s three pallets worth of sheet film that’s good for 12,000 sheets. How’s that for commitment to the analogue way of life?

Just recently I asked myself why I would want to write about a film like the Fuji Instax Mini, because usually this film is the only one available for Fuji Instax cameras. But then it hit me! It can be an alternative to many other instant films, since I can load almost any film into my Diana F+, other medium and 135 format cameras, and of course the Fuji Instax Mini.
