The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a 1975 British musical comedy horror film based on the musical The Rocky Horror Show by Richard O’Brien. It was directed by Jim Sharman and stars Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon , Barry Bostwick, Richard O’Brien, Patricia Quinn and Nell Campbell.

Considered as a cult classic, The Rocky Horror Picture Show still enjoys limited theatrical release and midnight screenings up to this day, nearly four decades since it came out.
