Petersburg Spiritual aka Cultural Capital of Russia

9

St.-Petersburg is most northern of cities of the world with the population over one million person.

Peter has met me a chronic cold of the gone to pieces streets and small streets and a total absence of that it is accepted to name weather (autumn for this city also the permanent-chronic phenomenon as for me the sun, and already in it we do not converge at all with it in interests). The city created for melancholic poets-singles was gloomy and is not affable, constantly narrowing the numerous prospectuses withdrawing in deadlock of a new ditch.

The main thing which has terrified me to depth of soul, supervision — a total absence not that the sun, the SKY! Stone sphinxes, very tall towers and sparkling bell towers, as they say «and here at us culture, and there culture», and all it against anything that is in the full lifeless vacuum packing, hung among a gray twilight so «not to distinguish and day from night»… Also it is known that is unique tolerant best months in Peter is a May, June and July when there come polar day the white nights

in the rules of the metro clearly states that prohibits film and video filming without permission of the administration, only if it comes to professional photography using a tripod and / or flash

The metro rules do exactly the opposite - they ALLOW photography, as long as it doesn't use flash. Since it doesnt say anything about tripods, my guess is those are allowed, so I'll need to test that out.

Also, another comment - St. Petes is a city of close to 7 million people ;)

Transient Living: Armitage & McMillan in Denver, Colorado

If you want to know the heart of a person, peek inside his/her wardrobe! And no, nobody famous said that; I only just made it up. But really, don't you think it's true? After all, the way we dress screams our personality; at least for most of us. And that is why, as soon as I land on a new city, one of the things I absolutely must do is find the local boutiques. Sure, I love the fancy chain boutiques as much as the next person, but there's just something else about a local clothing store. It's unique!
