Stop Motion Sunday: A Stop Motion History of the World Music Video

This week’s stop motion video features a cute take on the events throughout the history of the world – from dinosaurs playing catch, to cavemen, gladiators, cowboys and aliens!

Simply titled as A Stop Motion History of the World, this crafty and cute video directed by Kevin Parry is set as a music video to Thick as Thieves, a song by Ontario-based artist Kalle Mattson.

And while some parts can be a subject to debate (did man create the pyramids with the help of aliens?), we can’t deny that this video is brilliantly executed!

“I spent 6 months with a couple of friends and a room full fabric and paper to make this stop-motion music video.” — Kevin Parry via BuzzFeed

March Frenzy: Tottenham Takes Over the V&A

I went to the Victoria & Albert Museum's Friday Late, an event that takes place every last Friday evening of the month. For March 2014, the London borough of Tottenham was invited to curate an evening of creativity. There were a number of events that went on ranging from music and art to fashion and film. Accompanied by my LC-A+ and Fisheye No. 2, here are my highlights of that evening in photographs.

Fresh from My Darkroom: Yoga for Africa!

Last Sunday, a great yoga event was held in Cernobbio, a small tourist town near the city of Como. Local association Breathe Como made a performance of power yoga exercises to raise funds for Africa. I developed the film a few days ago, and today I'll show the photos to you! I call this "Fresh From My Darkroom" because I developed the black and white films by myself! Take a look!
