You must view this awesome music video by André Gaspar, inspired by lomography's double exposures and kaleidocope images!
Orlando Santos is a Portuguese musician and songwriter, and one of the best voices in the Portuguese music scene. After years of making music and compositions, he s now ready to release his first record, “My Soul”. For his first single, “For Real,” director André Gaspar was inspired by the double exposures of the analog world from the lomography philosophy, as well as magical kaleidoscope images, to make a wonderful and amazing music video. It’s a must-watch!
Last month, Lomography Gallery Store Soho held an exhibition of photographs taken at the Nixon Surf Challenge in Russia. Free drinks and live music from Swim Mountain overflowed at the opening party. Using the Petzval lens and a star-shaped aperture plate to give a beautifully soft, dreamy effect, the folks at the Soho Gallery Store created a video of the event. Watch this video after the jump.
You want your subject be the center of attention? Petzval lens photos are recognizable for sharpness and crispness in the centre, strong color saturation, wonderful swirly bokeh effect, artful vignettes and narrow depth of field that will make your subjects stand out!
