Kiyomi, Kiyomi!

Most recently, Korean indie singer, Hari, released her new single - Kiyomi. The song has gone viral among Asian youth, and has been accompanied by an adorable dance! Gone are the days of Gangnam Style and Harlem Shake! It was such a cute dance we thought we had to share it with you!

For those who don’t know, Kiyomi, or “Gwiyomi”, is a Korean song that describes the relationship between a boy and a girl. “Kiyomi” translated into English, means someone who is cute – so it’s not a surprise that the song has been named one of the cutest songs.

The dance has become very popular and has even been performed by several artists and A-listers, including Sehun of EXO-K, Miss A’s Suzy, Girl’s Generations’ Soo Young, Infinite’s Sung Kyu and SISTAR’s Soyou.

    Very cute! Reminds me of the 'Hand Jive' popular in the USA in the late 1950's.
